Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated
This policy applies to prompts, reference images, generated videos and use of SailToWorld, the video service operated personally under the SailToWorld name. It forms part of our Terms. Private generations must follow the same rules as public examples.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexually explicit nudity, content intended for sexual gratification, and non-consensual intimate material.
- Violence or gore: graphic injury, torture, dismemberment, threats, or content promoting violence, terrorism, exploitation or self-harm.
- Hate or targeted abuse: hateful attacks, dehumanization, incitement or harassment directed at people or protected groups.
- Child safety: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized minors, grooming, exploitation, or other material endangering children, including fictional and AI-generated depictions.
- Deepfakes or impersonation: face swapping, nudifying, fabricated kissing or hugging, or making a real person appear to say or do something they did not. Consent does not make these transformations permitted here. Do not impersonate a person, brand or organization.
- Copyright or trademark infringement: uploading, generating or distributing material that infringes another person's artwork, characters, brands or other protected rights.
Do not submit illegal material, private information without permission, fraudulent or spam content, or instructions intended to evade safety checks. Do not present AI-generated material deceptively as authentic footage or another person's real actions. Follow applicable law, provider rules and the destination platform's AI disclosure requirements.
Permission for reference images
Use material you own or have permission to use. A real-person photo must show you or someone who has explicitly authorized this AI processing. That permission does not override the prohibited transformations above or establish commercial rights in the output. Follow any stricter input requirements shown by a template.
Checks before generation and delivery
Prompts first pass local rejection rules, then automated text screening through APIMart's moderation endpoint. Reference images are screened before upload for generation. If a required check is rejected, unavailable or cannot be recorded, the request does not proceed to video generation.
New generated videos are prepared without audio and checked at eight sampled frames before download is enabled. A result that cannot pass delivery checks is withheld; confirmed failed jobs return their reserved generation credits. These checks do not inspect every moment of a video and cannot reliably establish identity, consent, copyright ownership or trademark permission. Review the entire result yourself before use.
The operator reviews content reports and appeals using available records. This is not a staffed 24-hour moderation team, a promise that every video receives human review, or a guarantee that automated screening detects every violation.
Reports, review and processing time
Report content or appeal a decision at [email protected], or use the reporting instructions. Include the video ID or page URL, the category of concern and a brief explanation. Do not attach prohibited content, identity documents, passwords or API keys.
Automated checks run before the corresponding generation or delivery step; they do not wait for a manual report. Human reports are reviewed individually. The operator checks content reports on business days and sends an initial response within two business days of receipt. This is a first response, not a guarantee that the investigation or any resulting action will be completed within that time. Resolution may take longer if further information or review is needed. Child safety, credible threats and non-consensual intimate material are prioritized when reviewed. The operator may contact you for clarification and communicate the decision through the support channel. There is no automated acknowledgement or emergency response service.
Actions following a violation
We may reject a request, withhold a result from further downloads, or restrict an account from starting new generations and credit purchases while a concern is reviewed or after a breach is confirmed. Restrictions can remain in place for serious or repeated violations until a review supports release. You must stop prohibited use and remove prohibited or infringing copies you control.
A saved download restriction applies to subsequent download requests. It cannot recall copies already downloaded, cached or in transfer. Files are removed under the ordinary retention process described in Privacy; withholding a download does not mean immediate physical deletion. An account restriction does not erase the account, cancel already accepted jobs, block balance/history access, or automatically revoke other videos. Existing jobs and confirmed payments continue to be reconciled.
Restrictions do not automatically confiscate unused credits or refund a cash purchase. Delivery failures, later content restrictions and purchase refunds are different decisions; see refund rules. We may comply with lawful requests from competent authorities where required.
Appeals
Use the same support address with the video ID and the reason you believe the decision is incorrect. Do not resubmit prohibited material to challenge a decision. The operator reviews the available evidence; we do not promise a separate independent reviewer. An upheld appeal may release an account restriction or restore an unexpired video only if it remains consistent with its approved safety record. Releasing an account restriction does not automatically restore a withdrawn video or change its credits.
