Return to your draftIf a video is not delivered
Credits are reserved once at submission. Confirmed generation or delivery failures return those credits. An uncertain submission is checked without an automatic second request; after 24 hours without delivery, its generation credits are returned.
Returned generation credits do not reverse a cash purchase. Additional generations use new credits. Read credit and purchase refund details.
