The service
SailToWorld is an independently and personally operated SailToWorld service for short AI videos and a local cover editor. It uses third-party generation through APIMart and is not an official product of the model providers. Availability, model, duration, format and credit cost are shown in the product before submission.
Free use, charges and cancellation
Sample viewing and local cover editing are free. Any free beta use carries no charge, so no cash refund applies to that use. When credit checkout is offered, purchases are one-time payments without automatic renewal. There is no subscription to cancel. Prices and currency are shown before checkout.
You may leave checkout before confirming payment or abandon a draft before submission. After confirming payment, closing the page does not reverse it. Submitted generations have no self-service cancellation, and a provider request may already be underway. Our Refunds and cancellation policy forms part of these terms and explains purchase-refund requests, failed delivery, unused credits and support.
Confirmed generation or delivery failures return reserved generation credits. An uncertain request remaining undelivered for 24 hours returns its generation credits without an automatic second attempt. These credit returns are separate from a cash purchase refund; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Your responsibilities
You retain your rights to your inputs and are responsible for having permission to submit them. Uploading does not establish rights to another person's likeness, artwork or trademarks. Follow the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms and prohibits NSFW content, violence/gore, hate, child-unsafe content, deepfakes/impersonation and copyright/trademark infringement. Consent to use a photo does not permit prohibited transformations.
Breaches, restrictions and review
If you breach these rules, stop the prohibited use and remove prohibited or infringing copies you control. We may reject generation requests, withhold further downloads of a reported video, and restrict new generations and credit purchases on the affected account. Serious or repeated violations may result in a continuing restriction unless review supports release.
These controls do not recall downloaded or in-flight copies, erase your account, or automatically cancel existing jobs and confirmed payments. A restriction does not automatically forfeit unused credits or refund a cash purchase. File removal follows the published retention process. Reports, available review steps, processing-time limits and appeals are described in the Acceptable Use Policy; contact [email protected] with the relevant video or order ID.
Output and retention
AI may change details or produce mistakes. Review the complete result before publishing and check applicable provider terms for commercial use. We do not guarantee exact likeness, rights clearance, exclusivity, views or commercial success. Generated files are available for seven days; save important files promptly. Local cover drafts are not backed up.

Use [email protected] for service, billing, content or privacy concerns. Do not send passwords, identity documents or prohibited source material.
